Saturday hippie: Regrets

Saturday Hippie is a weekly feature that highlights a counterculture awareness and spirit, including a vision of a harmonious global commonwealth on the horizon. My main regret isn’t fixable then or now, but I wish we hadn’t lived in such abject poverty and financial stress— “off the grid”— for so long that it caused our son a lot of distress and an ongoing feeling that he never has enough, even as a financially stable adult.
