Well, yes and no. Some of our funding is from historic preservation trusts, so it was an added plus for our proposals. Apart from the new seats and stage rigging, most of the materials can be piggy-backed on our present orders, which, by the way, have been placed with the proviso that everything depends on final passage of possession. So far, the most difficult part has been lining up the slate-roof restoration.

Actually, that would point us toward five phases, no, make it six. Seems the property includes 124 units of millworker housing, and then we’re hoping to restore mill dams in the river.

Just don’t tell me we’ll be busy as beavers.
